Abstract

Abstrak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah disiplin guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada UPT. SMA Negeri 19 Makassar.

Metode yang digunakan berupa metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 37 responden, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumi klasik, regresi linier sederhana, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi.

Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan disiplin guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether teacher discipline has an effect on teacher performance at UPT. SMA Negeri 19 Makassar.

The method used is a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires. The research sample amounted to 37 respondents, with sampling using random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test.

The results of the study concluded that teacher discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.
