Abstract

Fatigue is a condition where a person is no longer able to carry out their activities. This fatigue is characterized by a decrease in the conscious functions of the brain and changes in organs outside of consciousness. Unergonomic work performance can cause fatigue, pain, and other health problems. A resistance (reaction) to a load (action) causes the muscle to contract excessively. This study aims to look at the relationship between work attitude and work fatigue among tailors in the Mentirotiku Village, North Toraja. The type of research used is quantitative research with an observational analytic research design with a cross sectional approach. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a relationship between work attitude (0.01) and work fatigue among tailors in Mentirotiku Village, North Toraja. Researchers suggest that workers stretch regularly and periodically while working to reduce muscle tension and take adequate rest time to reduce the risk of work fatigue.
