Hubungan Unsafe Action Dan Unsafe Condition Terhadap Kecelakaan Kerja Pada Perawat RSUD Haji Makassar

Abstract

Nurses in hospitals are very vulnerable to work accidents and there are two causes of work accidents, namely unsafe actions and unsafe conditions. Work accident data in the hospital. Haji Makassar there were 32 reported cases of work accidents in 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between unsafe action and unsafe conditions with the occurrence of work accidents in nurses in hospitals. Haji Makassar. The research design used in this study was observational with a cross sectional approach. The population is 215 people and the sample in this study is 146 nurses. Collecting respondent data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between unsafe behavior and the occurrence of work accidents (p value = 0.001) and unsafe conditions also had a relationship with the occurrence of work accidents (p value = 0.007). So the conclusion is that there is a relationship between unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions with the occurrence of work accidents in hospitals. Haji Makassar.
