Occupational health and safety (K3) is an effort made to create safe and comfortable conditions for workers from the dangers that can arise from activities in the workplace, whether closed or open, mobile or fixed, the safety and health of workers related to the work process must be considered as the main concern. The aim of this research is to find out an overview of the implementation of the occupational safety and health program on the Taka Bonerate Port project work. This research is a type of analytical descriptive research using a cross sectional study design, namely trying to study the dynamics of the relationship or correlation between risk factors and their impacts or effects with a sample size of 42 people, collecting data by direct interviews with respondents using questionnaires and the processed data, displayed in tabular form. Based on the research results obtained as follows: There is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes and actions and the implementation of occupational safety and health programs. The suggestion is that it is hoped that project workers will be able to increase their awareness of the importance of implementing K3 behavior in order to increase productivity at work.
