PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN BPJS ALAT BANTU DENGAR TERHADAP TINGKAT PENERIMAAN PASIEN DI CV POWER HEARING BALI

Abstract

One of the services covered by BPJS Kesehatan is the provision of hearing aids for patients with hearing impairments. Hearing aids play an important role in improving the quality of life of patients, both in terms of communication, social interaction, and productivity. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the BPJS hearing aid policy on the level of patient acceptance. This type of research is quantitative with an observational analytical design. The sample in this study were respondents who were BPJS health users who visited CV Power Hearing Bali and met the research criteria, namely 30 people and were taken using the total sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire for all research variables, namely policy implementation variables covering aspects of services received, waiting time, satisfaction and patient acceptance level variables. The data that had been collected were then analyzed using the chi-square statistical test with a significance level of 5% (0.05) and using the assistance of the IBM SPSS 26.0 computer program. The results of the study showed that almost all respondents had a good perception of the services received (90.0%), most respondents (76.7%) thought that the waiting time received was in the fast category, almost all respondents were satisfied with the services received (90.0%) and almost all respondents (93.3%) had a good level of acceptance of the implementation of the BPJS hearing aid policy at CV Power Hearing Bali. The results of the chi square statistical test obtained showed that the service received variable had a significance value (p-value = 0.007); waiting time (p-value = 0.048); level of satisfaction (p-value = 0.007) so that it can be concluded that all variables have a meaningful relationship with the dependent variable because the significance value obtained is less than 0.05.
