FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KELUHAN LOW BACK PAIN PADA PERAWAT

Abstract

Low Back Pain, for pain that occurs around the lower back area, is often felt by nurses at Hospital The research design used in this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted at Hospital The sample from this research was a total population of 36 people. Data analysis using the SPSS application. The research results showed a relationship between age (p-value 0.000), and body attitude (p-value 0.000) on complaints of low back pain in nurses at Hospital X in Makaasar City. It is recommended that hospitals hold training or seminars regarding the importance of good posture during work, as well as ways to maintain spine health, then nurses are advised to regularly stretch and do light movements to reduce tension in the back muscles and prevent physical fatigue
