Tingkat Pengetahuan Masyarakat Tentang Hipertensi di Kelurahan Tamalanrea Jaya
Abstract
Hypertension is a disease caused by hereditary factors and lifestyle behavior, meaning that both parents who have high blood pressure can be a risk factor for their children. Meanwhile, lifestyle or behavior is related to habits that do not meet health standards. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive design. This research was conducted in the Tamalanrea Jaya village with a total of 30 respondents. This study aims to see the level of public knowledge about hypertension. The results of the research on the level of public knowledge about hypertension showed that out of 30 respondents (100%), the most respondents had knowledge about hypertension in the good category, amounting to 16 people (53.3%). From the results of this study it can be concluded that this is that the people in RT 004, Kelurahan Tamalanrea Jaya, already know about hypertension, although there are still some people who still don't understand about it. It is hoped that further research on hypertension will be carried out. It is hoped that the puskesmas can provide socialization related to hypertension to the community.
